Join us on Sunday, August 9, at 9:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall for breakfast with your first grader and family before heading into the 10:30 a.m. service for their Bible presentation. We can’t wait to see how God’s Word will shape their hearts as they grow in knowing and following Jesus.

Take your next step by joining Discover Us on Sunday, August 23, from 9:15–10:15 a.m., where you’ll learn about our mission, values, and beliefs, followed by Discover You on Sunday, August 30, from 9:15–10:15 a.m., focused on helping you understand how God has uniquely gifted you to serve. These classes are a great way to get connected, ask questions, and find your place in the life of our church.
Leadership Nominations
God is at work across our nine campuses, growing His church throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond as we fuel a disciple-making, church-multiplying movement engaging the whole person with the whole gospel. Exploring Your Call
Do you sense God may be calling you into vocational ministry? Join us Tuesdays, August 18–September 8, from 6:00–7:30 p.m., for Exploring Your Call. This is a four-week study for anyone prayerfully weighing that next step: engaging in meaningful conversations about calling, character, spiritual gifting, and practical next steps in a Christ-centered, encouraging environment.
Coaching Foundations
Join us Friday, August 21, from 1:00–8:00 p.m. (dinner included), and Saturday, August 22, from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (lunch included), at the Brentwood Campus Welcome Center, as we explore what coaching is, how it differs from mentoring and counseling, and how coaching conversations can make you a more effective leader. This ICF-accredited course is essential for every leader and a prerequisite for our advanced class, Coaching Relationships.

Ready to grow in your understanding of Scripture and theology? Sign up for the Fall 2026 EQUIP courses at Brentwood Baptist, offered in partnership with Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Courses are available to students enrolled at SEBTS. Non-SEBTS students are welcome to audit the class for a fee of $50. This semester’s classes include Theology 1, Bible Exposition 1, and Old Testament 1.
Prayer for the Persecuted Church | Sudan
This month, we’re praying for the persecuted church in Sudan, where ongoing civil war has placed believers—especially converts—at great risk. Pray for protection for those forced to flee, for peace in the midst of violence, and for the church to faithfully live as salt and light while pointing others to the peace of Jesus.
