Student Ministry Retreat

Join us for Student Retreat! We will have worship, Bible study, and many opportunities for fellowship. You don’t want to miss this Student Ministry experience!

April 28-29^th
Camp Widjiwagan
Cost: $65 per student
Cost includes lodging, transportation, t-shirt, all meals, and activities at camp.

Schedule:
Friday, April 28: Meet at AVS at 4:00pm for check-in
Saturday, April 29: Pick up at AVS at 4:00pm

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than Sunday, April 23. You can email a copy of your student’s insurance card to Alex Rose  at [email protected]

REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR EACH STUDENT and LEADERS:

• Camp Widjiwagan Release
• 2023 Student Medical Release Form UPDATED 9.26.22 (Copy of insurance card required. It can be emailed to [email protected]– please list student’s full name and grade level in email OR a physical copy can be brought to your campus student ministry office.)

• 2023 Adult Release Form UPDATED 12.13.22 (Copy of insurance card required. It can be emailed to [email protected] – please list leader’s full name and grade level in email OR a physical copy can be brought to your campus student ministry office.)

OTHER FORMS:

• 2023 Medication Form – if your student has medication.
• 2023 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EpiPen this form is required.
