Calling all middle school and high school girls (grades 6-12)!
Snowball, our annual girls retreat, is coming up and it’s going to look a little different this year! Join us on February 3-4 at Brentwood Baptist for a weekend of discipleship, worship, and some exciting, unique experiences designed for girls by girls.
STUDENT COST: $100
Required Deposit: $50 (To pay the deposit only: Select in the drop-down menu on registration form)
LEADER COST: $50.00

–Medication Form (If needed – physical copy must be turned into the nurse at check-in)

**We will have a paperwork collection opportunity on Sunday, January 29 from 9AM- 11:30AM in the Connection Center on the Brentwood Campus. Paperwork is digital this year, but we will still require physical copies of medication forms and epi-pen forms to be turned in. The medication form and epi-pen form will be available for pick-up at Paperwork Sunday. If you would like to complete the digital medical release at Paperwork Sunday, we will have computers available to use for your convenience. We will also be collecting copies of insurance cards. No notary is required for our new medical release forms**

CANCELLATION – REFUND POLICY
If you find you need to cancel or have any questions, please notify your campus Student Minister as soon as possible (see contact information below). Before Monday, January 23, you will receive a full refund. After January 23, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member or physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
